The one and two bedroom apartments at Quest Albany are like a home away from home. The kitchens in the apartments make it easy to cook your own meals. The studios are a great alternative to a hotel room. The second bedroom can be set up as either a king bed or two singles. There are 38 serviced apartments to choose from, including studios, one and two bedroom options. The apartments are self-contained and have laundry facilities, so you can do your own washing. The kitchens in each apartment have everything you need, like a fridge, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher.

Personally, I found one feature in the apartments I didn't enjoy as much.

The hotel had a great location for Christmas shopping, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the surrounding area. , the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was quite noisy at night, with traffic noise and other guests being loud in the hallways. the bed was uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on a rock.

The absolute cleanliness, also everything we needed was on hand. Great parking and convenience.

Directions on how to use the microwave would have been useful.

Located in the heart of Albany, this hotel is perfectly situated for those attending the rugby field or a conference. It's also conveniently located near bus stops for those heading into the city. the rooms are equipped with oil heaters and extra duvets to combat chilly nights. Aesthetic touches like the helpful and accommodating staff make guests feel at home. there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and a cinema all within walking distance.

There were occasional check-in issues that occurred with some guests before.

Bed was quite hard to sleep on and bedroom was very small. Couches were almost impossible to sit comfortably on. View of next door construction site not the nicest but unavoidable I suppose.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. the location is fantastic. It is conveniently located near a huge shopping complex, which made it extremely easy to indulge in some retail therapy. Additionally, it is close to the Albany village, where I could find excellent restaurants to satisfy my culinary cravings. As a rugby fan, I was thrilled to discover that the hotel is also close to a rugby field, allowing me to catch a game or two.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable stay.

Friendly and efficient at reasonable price.

The Hotel was great, pleasant staff and clean rooms I was unable to get a city booking, and chose to take the Albany Hotel which was a great choice I would recommend this to other fellow travellers looking for a little out of town place very comfortable
